Hotel Plaza Poitiers

Hotel Plaza is located just a few kilometres from Poitiers, near the multimedia theme park “Futuroscope”, one of the most popular theme parks in France. The hotel was designed by Michele Sbrogiò and Partners and built by Inndesign.0  S.r.l.

With 260 premium and superior guest rooms and suites, in which comfort blends with stylish décor, the hotel also features various areas in which to relax, such as heated indoor pools, a steam room, and a sauna, as well as a fitness centre, bar, and restaurant, serving traditional cuisine. The hotel is even equipped with 14 different meeting rooms of various sizes in which to host corporate events and conferences.

The renovation project, in which Lea Ceramiche’s collections were used, involved all of the common spaces, from the entrance to the relaxation areas and from reception to the restaurant and lounge bar. Specifically, the Bio Select and Anthology collections were selected for the floors.

The latter of the two, in the White version, was used for the floors of the entrance, hallways, and bar. This collection features ceramic surfaces created from the skilful and careful blend of marbles and stone, resulting in a product of striking tactile and visual realism that conveys a strong and unmistakable personality, perfect for enhancing the common spaces within the hotel.

Meanwhile, the Bio Select collection, in the Oak Cloves autumn nuance, was chosen for the flooring of the relaxation areas and restaurant. This collection aims to recreate the warmth and texture of oak and walnut floors on a ceramic material, adding a natural and elegant touch to the spaces.
