Landmark Pinnacle

With its seventy-five floors, the magnificent Landmark Pinnacle is the tallest residential skyscraper in Europe. It stands out against the London sky on the banks of the Thames, at the western end of the South West India Dock, right next to The Landmark, the four enormous 44-storey residential buildings arranged around a large courtyard with shops, bars and palm trees. The Landmark and the Landmark Pinnacle, which share the same architectural features, are connected by pedestrian streets overlooking the river. The Landmark Pinnacle is particularly striking due to its rectilinear shape, which creates an unmistakable skyline in keeping with the end of the South West India Dock. A double-glazed façade provides a continuous skin that conceals private verandas in every flat and three floors of common areas, including a roof garden, a gym, dining rooms and children’s play areas. Two double-height roof terraces crown the building, acting as an indicator light at night.

Squire & Partners, the firm that designed the Landmark Pinnacle, opted for Lea Ceramiche’s high-quality aesthetic for the bathroom facilities in the building’s apartments and common areas. To cover an impressive 17,500 square metre surface area, the choice fell on the Cliffstone collection, which reinterprets a kind of stone that does not exist in nature, reimagined through Lea Ceramiche’s creativity and expertise. To provide a delicate, luminous look, the designers selected the White Dover shade integrated with the Muretto decoration to add a creative note to the interior design. The result in every bathroom certainly lives up to the standards of this futuristic, original and comfortable building, partly thanks to the use of materials guaranteed by Protect® antibacterial protection, an exclusive silver ion technology that eliminates 99.9% of bacteria from surfaces, 24 hours a day, ensuring the total safety of spaces and guests.
