This was the starting idea that guided the homeowners in creating the swimming pool, a rectangular module adorned with a colorful and lively floral image.
To personalize the structure, the Slimtech line by Lea Ceramiche was chosen for the cladding. These large-format tiles, just 3.5mm thick and measuring up to 3m x 1m, feature the floral design printed using LeaLab’s innovative technology—an advanced process that allows any image to be reproduced on ultra-thin laminated porcelain in ultra-high resolution.
In LeaLab, the decorative process evolves: unlike traditional techniques that involve high-temperature firing, which can alter the material’s characteristics and color fidelity, this innovative digital printing technology enhances the quality of the final print, delivering a high-definition image with amplified aesthetic effects thanks to the pure materiality of the ceramic slab.

Customization is total: with LeaLab, any idea can become a cladding surface. Easy to install due to its lightness, a Slimtech slab measuring 1m x 1m and 3.5mm thick weighs only 8kg. Furthermore, the substrate on which the image is printed is an eco-friendly material: its production process consumes a third of the energy and water typically required for standard products, recycles nearly all waste, and reduces CO2 emissions during transport thanks to the higher quantity of square meters per load.
