Today, everyone wants to live and work in healthy environments, but nowhere are hygiene and safety considered more important than in healthcare facilities.
Creating surfaces for these projects involves not only meeting requirements in terms of practicality and durability, but above all offering materials that can guarantee very high-quality performance, comfort, elegance and, most importantly, hygiene.
One of Tel Aviv’s best-known neighbourhoods in the north-east is home to the private San Raphael Hospital, which boasts state-of-the-art services, outstanding medical care and luxurious hospitality. To create the project, the entire structure was dismantled, including the façades, leaving only the building’s “skeleton” and redesigning everything with the inclusion of the most advanced technologies for the reception, operating rooms and common areas.
The Bupa Cromwell Hospital in the South Kensington area of London, which recently renovated some work areas including the patient reception area, choosing Lea Ceramiche’s Cliffstone collection for its floors. A reinterpretation of a kind of stone that does not exist in nature, but that has been creatively reinvented by the internal research laboratory, it is distinguished by the wide range of stone-effect formats and designs that reproduce the veins and inclusions of the stone-like material.
Armonia is a newly designed Multi-specialty Center that offers patients an innovative diagnosis, care and treatment model. This facility offers a tailored, high-quality service, state-of-the-art medical and surgical care and new techniques and technologies. Lea Ceramiche was chosen for all the floor surfaces in the clinics, waiting rooms, service areas and outdoor terraces.
A place synonymous with innovation and research, which attracts thousands of surgeons from all over the world and hosts the most advanced technologies in the field of robotic surgery. The largest European training centre in the sector, Orsi Academy in Melle, Belgium was recently expanded with a new campus.
Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Integrata of Verona, a reference point for the entire Veneto region and a nationally recognised highly specialised health centre. As part of a redevelopment project that included the redesign of several parts of the original structure in two locations, the Ospedale Borgo Trento e l’Ospedale Borgo Roma, Lea Ceramiche’s Cliffstone collection was chosen for the external surfaces.
