The Complex fully represents the achievement of this goal through the different buildings that compose it and the rooftop of the Piazza Commerciale that connects them all, becoming a large terrace perfect for multiple uses and uses.

The absolute protagonist of the canopy terrace of the Multifunctional Complex of Via Larga is the Nextone collection by Lea Ceramiche, chosen in the bright Taupe shade in the 20 mm outdoor version.

It is specially engineered stone-look porcelain stoneware. Inspired by various types of stone from four different quarries, combined in an original way, to create a new stone that does not exist in nature and that boasts a natural and balanced aesthetic. The choice of installation was that of a raised floor to allow the tiles to absorb the dilating movements caused by temperature changes, typical of the changing cycle of the seasons. This type of flooring, thanks to just the mechanical support of the tiles on appropriate supports and without the use of glues, makes it possible to preserve the integrity and maintain the appearance of the outdoor area for a long period of time.

Nextone is a contemporary collection, characterised by maximum technical resistance and unparalleled aesthetic excellence: it is a ceramic material that inhabits the space. A collection enriched by a range of sizes, thicknesses, colours and decorations capable of measuring up to any type of architectural project.
